Effects of microwave heating on the oxidative stability ofd-tocopherols were studied in relation to the production of fatty acids in oils. During microwave heating, the stability of
tocopherols decreased in the orderδ>β>γ>α. This order did not depend on the types of ethyl esters of fatty acids or oils present. But, the shorter the chainlength
and the lower the degree of unsaturation of the fatty acid ethyl esters, the greater was the reduction in amount of individual
tocopherols. A similar tendency was observed when tocopherol-stripped vegetable oils, with equimolar mixtures of tocopherols
added, were treated under the same conditions. The reduction in tocopherols became greater with increasing levels of free

The main biochemical function of the tocopherols is believed to be the protection of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) against
peroxidation. A critical question that must be asked in reference to this is whether there is a biochemical link between the
tocopherol levels and the degree of unsaturation in vegetable oils, the main source of dietary PUFA and vitamin E. We used
a mathematical approach in an effort to highlight some facts that might help address this question. Literature data on the
relative composition of fatty acids (16:0, 16:1, 18:0, 18:1, 18:2, and 18:3) and the contents of tocopherols (α-, β-, δ-,
and γ-tocopherol) in 101 oil samples, including 14 different botanical species, were analyzed by principal-component analysis
and linear regression. There was a negative correlation between α- and γ-tocopherols (r=0.633, P<0.05). Results also showed a positive correlation between linoleic acid (18:2) and α-tocopherol (r=0.549, P<0.05) and suggested a positive correlation between linolenic acid (18:3) and γ-tocopherol. 相似文献

Poly(methylphenylene) (PMeP) films were prepared by direct oxidation of toluene in the mixed electrolytes of boron trifluoride diethyl etherate (BFEE) and trifluoroacetic acid (TFA). The oxidation potential of toluene in pure BFEE was measured to be 1.52 V versus saturated calomel electrode (SCE). This value was much lower than that determined in a neutral medium such as acetonitrile (2.13 V versus SCE). The introduction of TFA into BFEE decreased the oxidation potential of toluene and also improved the properties of as‐formed polymer films. 利用差示扫描量热仪研究了丙烯酸接枝线形低密度聚乙烯(PE-LLD-g-AA)的热学行为,结果表明,与纯线形低密度聚乙烯(PE—LLD)相比,PE-LLD-g-AA的熔融温度(Tm)略有增加,结晶温度(Tc)增加大约4℃,熔融焓(AHm)随AA含量的增加而降低。还利用差示扫描量热仪研究了PE—LLD和PE—LLD-g—AA的等温结晶动力学,用扫描电子显微镜观察了PE—LLD-g—AA等温结晶形态。结果表明,PE-LLD-g-AA的结晶速率大于纯PE—LLD的,随着接枝率的增加,PE-LLD的球晶半径减小,接枝到PE—LLD分子链上的AA分子起到了成核剂的作用。 相似文献

腐植酸液肥——科力素(KLS)对水稻生长发育影响较大。试验表明,水稻苗床施用KLS明显刺激秧苗生长,处理区根长、根数、地上地下百株鲜重及带蘖率都好于对照区。不同生育时期喷施KLS,水稻发育加快,自返青期开始到成熟期都有不同程度提前,一般早熟3~5d。产量增加幅度为4.7%~21.1%,平均增产11.3%,亩增效37.44~204.48元,平均为99.2元,产投比约为12∶1。 相似文献

腐殖(植)酸(Humic Acid,以下简称HA)是天然有机化合物。在农业应用上十分广泛,主要有土壤改良剂、肥料、农药、植物生长剂、兽药、饲料添加剂、水产养殖剂等产品。从狭义的角度说,食品生产源头指土、水、肥、药、种等主要生产环节的硬条件。HA与食品生产源头诸要素之问关系密切。HA与土壤:土壤是种植业依赖的生命基础;HA是土壤有机质中的重要组成部分,也是最活跃的部分。HA与水:水是生命之源;HA在水生体系中普遍存在,是转运大多数生命必需物质甚至毒性物质的一种非常好的工具。HA与肥料:肥料是植物的粮食;HA在改良肥料、增加肥效、提高肥料利用率、协调各种营养等方面具有非常重要的作用。HA与农药:农药是植物的保护伞;HA具有提高农药药效、降低农药毒性、保护农业环境的基本条件。HA与种苗:种苗不好,作物不保;HA是孵化种苗的“保育剂”。除土、水、肥、药、种外,HA因其具有生理活性特征,而与种植业相关的诸多因素均有良好的协同作用。在此基础上,由HA开发的农用产品,涉足改土、活水、制肥、制药、种苗处理及其他衍生制剂等6大类产品,足以构筑起立体农业的防护体系,也是构筑食品源头安全的最佳选择。 相似文献

Effects of three phenolic acids on chlorophyll content and growth of soybean and grain sorghum seedlings 总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
Experiments were designed to test the hypothesis that interference with chlorophyll metabolism may be one mechanism of inhibition of plant growth in allelopathic interactions. Effects of ferulic,p-coumaric, and vanillic acids on soybean and grain sorghum growth and chlorophyll content were quantified and compared after seedlings were treated with these compounds in a nutrient culture. Following a 6-day treatment cycle, dry weights of soybean seedlings were reduced by both 10–3 M and 5 × 10–4 M treatments of ferulic,p-coumaric and vanillic acids. Soybean weight reductions in each case were paralleled by a significant reduction in the concentration (g Chl/mg dry wt) of chlorophylls a and b and total chlorophyll in the unifoliate leaves. Sorghum seedling growth was also reduced by each of the compounds at the 5 × 10–4 M level, but leaf chlorophyll concentration was not below that of control plants. 相似文献

Phthalazin derivatives were tested as corrosion inhibitors of copper in 1 M H2SO4 using electrochemical polarization and weight loss techniques. This study monitored the evolution of the inhibitory effect of the phthalazin derivatives, according to their substituents. A significant decrease in the corrosion rate of copper was observed in the presence of the investigated inhibitors. The inhibition efficiency (%I) increases with increasing inhibitor concentration. The potentiodynamic polarization data indicated that, the inhibitors were of mixed type, but the cathodic effect is more pronounced. The slopes of the cathodic and anodic Tafel lines are approximately constant and independent on the inhibitor concentration. The mechanism of inhibition was discussed in the light of the chemical structure of the undertaken inhibitors. The adsorption on the copper surface follows the Langmuir isotherm model. 相似文献
